If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please read the full return policy below:
Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. RETURNS ON ORDERS OVER $200 ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% RESTOCKING FEE. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Any item that has been opened will not be accepted and will be returned to the consumer and return shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. Customers are responsible for the return of any product. We strongly suggest that you use insurance on all returns.
How to Make a Return
Customers must email info@exploringbooksforchildren.com or call 503-626-0106 to receive a return authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted and will be refused or returned to you at your expense. Please include the return authorization number with the return.
Warranty
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Exploring books for Children. Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Exploring Books for Children.
Cancellation
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.
